Use this form to withdraw from a contract you concluded with New Sound Studio. You do not have to give a reason. Before you start, you may want to read your Right of Withdrawal — it explains when the right applies to digital downloads.

An order ID from your confirmation email is easiest, but a description works too — we will find it.

What happens next
You receive a confirmation of receipt by email straight away. It repeats the content of your declaration and states the date and time we received it.
We then check your withdrawal and reply to you. Where the withdrawal is effective, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days, using the same means of payment you used originally.
For one-time digital content the right of withdrawal may lapse after the required express consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation. Recurring digital services can be treated differently, so immediate subscription access does not automatically mean that the right has lapsed. Other ways to withdraw
This form is one option, not the only one. A withdrawal is valid in any clear statement — an email to info@newsound-studio.com or a letter to Ignacio Rauscher, 1130 Vienna, Austria is just as effective.
