If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise it, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — for example a letter sent by post or an email to info@newsound-studio.com. You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 03 below, but you are not obliged to.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The quickest way is our online withdrawal form: Withdraw from contract (Vertrag widerrufen). It confirms receipt to you by email straight away, with the date and time. You are free to use any other clear statement instead — see Section 03.

For one-time digital content delivered immediately — such as beat files, templates, and PDFs — Austrian and EU law allows the withdrawal right to lapse early, but only where all of the following have happened:
Where all three requirements are met, the right of withdrawal for that one-time digital-content purchase has lapsed.
Recurring subscriptions may constitute continuously supplied digital services rather than a one-time supply of digital content. We therefore do not assume that immediate account access alone ends the statutory withdrawal period. If you request immediate performance and then validly withdraw, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be payable only where mandatory law permits it.
If you were never asked for that consent, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully intact, regardless of any other wording in our Terms of Use. In that case, contact us at info@newsound-studio.com and we will process your withdrawal.

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the amount required by law without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision. For a service begun at your express request, this may be reduced only by a proportionate amount where the law allows it.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction — in practice, a refund through Stripe to the card or account you paid with. You will not be charged any fee for this reimbursement.
Where you have already downloaded files under a licence you then withdraw from, that licence ends with the withdrawal and you must stop using and delete the files.
